Enjoy training/mentoring the next generation of investigators, teachers, and/or clinicians. The mentoring relationship is a dynamic process which requires active participation, flexibility and mutually agreed upon expectations from both sides in order to be successful.  You are likely to gain a new perspective on your work. I recommend assessing your own Developmental Network and asking for feedback from senior mentors, especially when thorny issues arise.
