The Legal Director of Health Law Advocates, Inc. (HLA), Justin J. Lowe also leads HLA’s representation of vulnerable, low-income consumers denied access to health care. Previously, Justin served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection and Medicaid Fraud divisions of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where he first chaired high-profile investigations and enforcement actions against unscrupulous lenders, debt collectors, for-profit schools and health care providers. Before that, Justin represented Fortune 500 clients in high stakes litigation at an Am Law 100 firm in Los Angeles. Justin is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law.
